What is smart patient routing?

Smart patient routing sends each patient to the service they need based on their triage result: general practice, specialist, telemedicine or emergency. It applies rules agreed with the provider network, so the patient reaches the right place and the network keeps its capacity for the cases that need it.

The network sets the rules: which cases each level handles, which specialties are available and at what hours. The system applies them the same way every time and records why each patient was routed.

For a hospital or clinic, the goal is fewer misdirected visits and less emergency load from cases that could have been solved earlier. We measure it with you in a pilot.
