Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of grupomedikorp.com, the website of Medikorp. By browsing the site, you accept them.

Use of the site

The site is informational and describes Medikorp's services for health organizations. You may use it to learn about our solutions, contact us and subscribe to our communications. You may not use it to send unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or automate mass submissions.

Not a medical service

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The patient route demo is illustrative and Medikorp AI answers sales and informational questions. In an emergency, call ECU 911 in Ecuador or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Medikorp AI

The assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Information about scope, prices or commercial terms is valid only when a member of the Medikorp team confirms it in writing.

Intellectual property

The brands, texts, images, icons and design of the site belong to Medikorp or its licensors. Mediktor is a trademark of its owner and is mentioned as a technology partner. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Newsletter subscription terms

By subscribing you agree to receive Medikorp's newsletter by email, with content on digital health and updates on our services, roughly once a month. The subscription is free and voluntary. Your consent is recorded with its date and the version of these terms. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, at no cost and without giving a reason. We process your email under our privacy policy and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Liability

We work to keep the site running and the information current, but it may contain errors or interruptions. Medikorp is not liable for damages arising from use of the site beyond what Ecuadorian law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Ecuador.
